This involves taking two readings in the morning and two readings in the evening for 7 straight days. the 7D mode simplifies this test for users and averages the results. The bluetooth feature, in combination with the free BIOS BP toolbox app, allows readings to automatically be saved in the app while the unit is connected. Additional features include a large backlit lcd display, 2 users x 90 memories, last 3 reading average, BP assessment indicator and irregular heartbeat detection.
